The WIDE (audio switching) switch may not have been slid completely to the end. Check that the WIDE (audio switching) switch has been slid completely to the end.

The stand is detachable. You can return the detached stand to its original position.
When reattaching the stand to the main unit, pressing slightly while inserting it will make it easier to attach.
Note, however, that you will not be able to reattach the stand to the main unit if the stand is broken.

Using this product may cause the usage time on a single charge to be shortened.

When charging this product with a portable gaming device attached, sound output may stop temporarily immediately after charging starts.

Portable gaming devices are equipped with a function that stops sound output when the headphones or external speaker are removed. Turning this function OFF will cause the sound to be output.

　 Insert the supplied AC adapter and AC power cable securely all the way into the connector.

　 Check that the commercial USB cable connector is securely inserted all the way into the Windows PC, turn on the power switch, and slowly turn the volume dial clockwise.

Slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000)

■ If the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) power lamp is not lit
　 Insert the supplied AC adapter and AC power cable securely all the way into the connector.

■ If the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) power lamp is lit
　 Check that the supplied digital cable connector that connects to the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) and the commercial audio cable connector that connects to the commercial amplifier are securely inserted all the way in, press the power button, and slowly press the volume up button.

Rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000)

■ Check that the cable connector that connects to the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) is securely inserted all the way in, turn the power switch ON, and turn the volume dial slowly to the plus side.
* Sound is not output unless the audio source is 5.1 ch or 7.1 ch.

■ If a rear audio source is input, it may be necessary to configure the Windows PC settings.
If using a TV, the indications and setting method differ for each manufacturer, so check your user manual to change the settings.

Securely insert the connector of the eARC-compliant HDMI 2.1 or later cable all the way to the base of the terminal.
* When the TV terminal is HDMI or HDMI ARC, there is no HDMI eARC terminal, so sound is not output even though a cable is connected.

When auto power (AT PWR) is set to ON, the power turns ON when a volume signal of a certain level is input from a connected device to the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000).
If you do not want the product to turn ON automatically, turn OFF the auto power (AT PWR) function.

Due to the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) specifications, it is not possible to use the Windows PC mute sound setting.

Restarting Windows Media Player will restore 5.1 ch playback.

Sound being emitted from the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) is not a malfunction itself.
However, removing the AC power cable in this manner may cause a malfunction, so when removing it, first press and hold the power switch on the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) for 2 seconds and then remove the power cable after the speaker turns OFF.

When there is audio input to the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) and the auto power (AT PWR) function is ON, the auto power function will turn the power ON immediately even if the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) is turned OFF.
If you want to turn just the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) OFF, turn OFF the auto power (AT PWR) function and then press the power button. Or, remove the power cable.

You can place it anywhere, such as on the floor, on a desk, or behind the monitor. We recommend listening from a distance of 2 m or less.

When audio is playing, switching the input select button between HDMI and USB may cause the audio to sound like noise for an instant.
If this bothers you, please pause or stop audio playback when switching between HDMI and USB.

The volume dial of the rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) is a dial for adjusting the rear sound dynamics, and so the sound is not muted even if the dial is turned all the way in the "-" direction.

Sound effects play at a set volume. It is not possible to mute them with the volume controls of the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000).

Check the orientation of the microphone of the rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000).
Because this is a narrow-directional microphone, the side with the six microphone holes must be facing your mouth.
When you are not speaking, lower the microphone stem of the rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) completely to turn it OFF.

The rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) is not equipped with a function for adjusting microphone sensitivity. Please adjust the settings on the device using the microphone.

・The compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) can be used in a standalone manner.
・The slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) has separate digital and analog input ports, and the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) is required for digital input.
　 For analog input, you can connect commercial amplifiers and audio cables, so you can use the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) in a standalone manner.
・The rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) is only for use with the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000), and thus this speaker is required.

The sound pressure from each speaker is 99 dB in the recommended listening position.

When watching a 5.1 ch (7.1 ch) video using video playback software on a Windows PC, the 5.1 ch channel assignment may not match the specifications of this product, depending on the video playback software or content. Please try using other video playback software.

Unplug and replug the AC power cable or press the reset button on the rear of the product to restart it.

You can switch the sound mode between "GAME" and "ENTA", but you cannot adjust the equalization for each frequency band.

The clicking sound is an indication that the microphone is turning ON or OFF and does not mean that synchronization is occurring.
This is not a malfunction.

Press the input select button (Bluetooth) and the sound mode button (ENTA) simultaneously for 3 seconds or longer to return the product to its status at shipment from the factory. Then, restart the device you want to connect.

Yes, it supports HDMI CEC.
If several devices are connected between the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) and the TV with an HDMI selector or similar, HDMI connection may not work and sound may not be output.
If using a TV, check your user manual to change the settings.

First, the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) is not equipped with an internal microphone. You can connect the separately sold rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) to use a microphone.
Next, please check the input volume meter in the Windows PC sound settings. If the volume meter responds to your voice, then it is operating normally. Please review the settings on your calling app or contact the developer of the app.

Depending on the TV specifications, the speaker may turn ON or OFF unintentionally.
If you want to turn OFF the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000), switch the input select button to USB or Bluetooth and then turn the speaker OFF.
Or, remove the AC power cable of the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000).

Depending on the Bluetooth device, it may take time for the connection to be established, so if a disconnection operation is performed before the connection is complete, the white LED lighting pattern may differ from the actual connection status.
Be sure to check that the LED lighting pattern matches the actual status before performing the next operation.
If the white LED lighting pattern does not match the actual status, remove the AC power cable of the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000). Or, press the reset button on the rear of the product.
