  • The stand has come off. What should I do?

    The stand is detachable. You can return the detached stand to its original position.
    When reattaching the stand to the main unit, pressing slightly while inserting it will make it easier to attach.
    Note, however, that you will not be able to reattach the stand to the main unit if the stand is broken.

  • The usage time on a single charge has become shorter. What should I do?

      Check that the commercial USB cable connector is securely inserted all the way into the Windows PC, turn on the power switch, and slowly turn the volume dial clockwise.

    ■ If the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) does not recognize the USB
      Check if the OS is updated to its latest version.

    ■ If an error message is displayed on the Windows PC playback app screen
      Check if the OS is updated to its latest version.

    Due to the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) specifications, it is not possible to use the Windows PC mute sound setting.

    To mute sound, set the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) volume to [0], adjust the volume to [0] in the sound settings of devices with sound output, or adjust the volume to [0] in the sound settings of the content playback software.

  • When connected to a Windows PC via USB, pulling out the USB cable and then reinserting it during playback of a 5.1 ch audio source (audio file) in Windows Media Player results in 2 ch playback.     However, removing the AC power cable in this manner may cause a malfunction, so when removing it, first press and hold the power switch on the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) for 2 seconds and then remove the power cable after the speaker turns OFF.

  • The slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) does not turn OFF. What should I do?

    When there is audio input to the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) and the auto power (AT PWR) function is ON, the auto power function will turn the power ON immediately even if the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000) is turned OFF.

  • Where should I place the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000)?

    For the slim powered subwoofer (TQ-WG3000), we recommend the vertical placement described in the instruction manual.
    You can place it anywhere, such as on the floor, on a desk, or behind the monitor. We recommend listening from a distance of 2 m or less.

  • Switching the input select button on the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000) between HDMI and USB causes noise to be emitted. What should I do?

    When audio is playing, switching the input select button between HDMI and USB may cause the audio to sound like noise for an instant.
    If this bothers you, please pause or stop audio playback when switching between HDMI and USB.

    The volume dial of the rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) is a dial for adjusting the rear sound dynamics, and so the sound is not muted even if the dial is turned all the way in the "-" direction.

  • How can I stop sound effects such as the opening sound playing on the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000)?

    Sound effects play at a set volume. It is not possible to mute them with the volume controls of the compact front speaker (TQ-FG3000).

  • Speaker sound is input to the rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) microphone. What should I do?

    Check the orientation of the microphone of the rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000).
    Because this is a narrow-directional microphone, the side with the six microphone holes must be facing your mouth.
    When you are not speaking, lower the microphone stem of the rear sound enhancer (TQ-RG3000) completely to turn it OFF.

  • I want to adjust the microphone sensitivity (input level). What should I do?
