How to earn points:

You must have 100 points to play the instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”). Points are only available between 9:00:01 PM PT on Thursday, July 6, 2023 and 8:59:59 PM PT on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, or when the number of available Instant Win Game Plays run out, whichever comes first (the “Points Period”). There are two (2) ways to earn 100 points (“100 Points” or “Points”):

Limit: Regardless of the method for receiving Points, there is a limit of 100 Points per person per day. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour time period commencing at 12:00:00 AM PT and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT. Although Sponsor may receive a participant’s subsequent attempts to receive Points on a given day, only the first completed and verified attempt to receive 100 Points from a particular Entrant on that day will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person to receive points during that same day will not result in additional Points.

How to play the Instant Win Game:

There are 200,000 Instant Win Game Plays available during the Promotion Period. Upon receiving 100 Points, you may exchange your 100 Points for one (1) instant win game play (each, an “Instant Win Game Play”). To exchange 100 Points for one (1) Instant Win Game Play, open the Pioneer Smart Sync Mobile App (the “PSS App”), log in to your PSS App account, navigate to the “Play Game” page within the PSS App and click the “Play Game” button to exchange 100 Points for one (1) Instant Win Game Play. Incomplete or inaccurate game plays will be deemed void. You may check to see how many Points you have earned, by navigating to the “Promotion Top” page within the PSS App. All Instant Win Game Plays must be received between 9:00:01 PM PT on July 6, 2023 and 8:59:59 PM PT on August 3, 2023 or before the number of Instant Win Game Plays run out. Limits: There is a maximum limit of twenty-eight (28) Instant Win Game Plays per person or 200,000 Instant Win Game Plays for the entire Promotion, whichever comes first.

Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. All completed registration forms and AMOE Entry Forms become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Participants must have a valid email address to participate and/or win. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Points, entries and/or Instant Win Game Plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's points/entries/plays and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to create the PSS App account will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder and meeting other eligibility criteria.

Discounts:

There are 40,000 15%-off Pioneer Speaker Product Coupons (each, a “Discount” or “15%-off Coupon”) available. Each Discount has NO CASH VALUE. Odds of receiving a 15%-off Coupon is 1:5. The number of Discounts available will diminish as they are awarded. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Coupon usage is subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions provided with the coupon, including expiration dates. Coupons expire on September 15, 2023. Limit one (1) coupon per transaction of specified product. Coupon cannot be combined with other offers and can only be used once.

INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Prizes and Discounts will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period, pursuant to the process described in these Official Rules. Of the 200,000 Instant Win Game Plays available during the Promotion Period, 60,190 of those Instant Win Game Plays, one (1) for each Prize and Discount available to be won, will be randomly assigned as winning game plays (each, a “Winning Game Play”) by a computer-generator prior to launch.

At the time an entrant submits his/her Instant Win Game Play (subject to the requirements described above), if such Instant Win Game Play is a Winning Game Play, that entrant will receive an on-screen notification alerting them that they are a potential winner of a Prize or Discount. Non-winning entrants will also be notified on screen.

Potential Prize winners and Discount recipients (collectively, “Winners”) must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. All winning claims are subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Even if the Instant Win Game shows that you are a winner, you are not a winner until your eligibility and the potential Winning Game Play have been verified.

Pioneer Dash Camera prizes will be shipped to the mailing address associated with the winner’s PSS App account. To update your mailing address in your PSS App account, navigate to Settings → My Page → Profile Settings. Potential prize winners of the Pioneer Dash Camera must have a mailing address associated with their PSS App Account by August 6, 2023 or potential winner will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited.

Amazon.com Gift Cards, Pioneer Smart Sync App Digital Wallpaper prizes and Discounts will be sent to the email address associated with the winner’s PSS App account. To update your email address in your PSS App account, navigate to Settings → My Page → Account Setting.

Second Chance Drawing:

If one or more of the Prizes are not awarded by the end of the Promotion Period, a Second Chance Drawing will be held on or about Monday, August 7, 2023. The Sponsor will conduct one (1) random drawing from among all non-winning Instant Win Game Plays received to determine a Winner for each remaining Prize available.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE OR DISCOUNT UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prizes and Discounts are not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any other incidental expenses on a Prize or Discount not specified herein are the Winner’s sole responsibility.

Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes or Discounts. Only the number of Prizes and Discounts stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in the Promotion. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available.

Registrations, Points and Instant Win Game Play materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries/points/plays or entries/points/plays generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries, Points or Instant Win Game Plays; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, Points or Instant Win Game Play materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries or individuals from the Promotion and any promotion it sponsors and (a) suspend the Promotion and modify the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect registrations received up to the time of the impairment.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

DISPUTES:

The parties hereto each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Los Angeles County, California. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

PRIVACY:

As a condition of entering the Promotion, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties, including Administrator, for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including, without limitation, the storing of your personal information for purposes of complying with state record retention requirements. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Promotion or on a Promotion winner’s list. Personal information collected from entrants are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://jpn.pioneer/ja/support/pcperipherals/app/pioneer_smart_sync/privacy/en.php, or within the Pioneer Smart Sync App by navigating to Settings → Information → Privacy Policy.
