The following symptom has been confirmed in PC's with the 12th Gen Intel^® Core™ processor.

Confirmed Symptom

When playback Blu-ray Disc or DVD-Video in PC with the 12th Gen Intel Core processor, error occurs and cannot playback properly.
This symptom is applied to PowerDVD 14 included in the CyberLink Media Suite that comes with our Blu-ray drive.

Support

CyberLink provides a software update that fixes this symptom.
