News Release：Pioneer Announces Management Changes

Pioneer Corporation announces management changes effective July 1, 2023 as follows.

Changes in Management and Changes of Responsibilities

• Mr. Masato Sakamoto, currently Senior Executive Officer, and in charge of NP Business Division. He will be Executive Officer and in charge of Production & Procurement Division and General Manager of Kawagoe Plant.
• Mr. Hiroyuki Naritomi, currently Executive Officer, and in charge of Production & Procurement Division and General Manager of Kawagoe Plant. He will retire its position and become Counselor.
