News Release：Pioneer Announces Organization and Management Changes

Pioneer Corporation announces organization and management changes effective February 1, 2024, as follows:

Changes in organizations

The current Engineering Development Division will be placed under the umbrella of Mobility Products Company in order to make sure getting stronger alignment with business strategy of OEM business and Sound business. The Engineering Development Division will also continue to be in charge of development for consumer business, which is the responsibility of Mobility Consumer Company.

Changes in Management and Changes of Responsibilities

• Mr. Kazuhiro Iwata, currently Senior Executive Officer, CTO and General Manager of Cross Technology Center, will retire its position on January 31.
• Mr. Masahiro Nishioka, currently General Manager of Information Strategy & Management Group. He will be elected as Executive Officer,　CTO and General Manager of Cross Technology Center and Information Strategy & Management Group, effective February 1.
