News Release：Pioneer Announces Management Changes

Pioneer Corporation announces management changes effective April 1, 2024, as follows:

Changes in Management

• Mr. Masahiro Shimizu retired Senior Executive Officer and CFO (Chief Financial Officer), and becomes Director, effective April 1.
• Mr. Seiichi Tateishi is newly elected as Senior Executive Officer, effective April 1. He is assigned to CFO.
• Mr. Hiroshi Ikeda is newly elected as Executive Officer, effective April 1. He is assumed CEO of Mobility Consumer Company.
