Pioneer Announces Establishment of New Corporate Vision, Changes of Organizations and Responsibilities in Management
Pioneer established "Creating the Future of Mobility Experiences" as a new corporate vision representing its ideal direction towards the year 2025.To accomplish this vision, it made changes in the organizations and duties assigned to officers on December 1, 2020. Going forward, Pioneer will accelerate its transformation into a solution-oriented company to solve a variety of issues in the mobility field through the provision of products and services.
The following organizations have been established to advance new corporate vision.
“NP Business Division” was established to facilitate the planning and development of new business models with a view toward Pioneer’s transformation into a solution-oriented company that solves a variety of issues in the mobility field through the provision of “products and services”.
“Transformation Enforcement Division”, which was established in 2019 to promote a company-wide transformation across functionality, was dissolved in the establishment of “Engineering Development Division”, a new division under which the technology departments are integrated based on a grand design for developing technologies beyond organizational boundaries.
“Engineering Management Group” and “SaaS Technology Management Group” will be placed under the umbrella of this new division as it promotes Pioneer’s transformation into a solution-oriented company while simultaneously leveraging the strengths that Pioneer has developed through its manufacturing operations.
