Pioneer Announces Organization and Management Changes
Pioneer Corporation announces organization and management changes effective December 1, 2024, as follows:
Changes in organizations
New establishments of Global Engineering Development Center and Overseas Engineering Development Division
Global Engineering Development Center was newly established with the aim of reviewing the current Japan-centric technology development structures and promoting OEM business on a more global scale. And Overseas Engineering Development Division was newly established under Global Engineering Development Center, and we will build a technology organization that can respond more quickly to the needs of customers in various regions, including not only Japan but also (Europe, North America, and India.
Engineering Development Division was placed under Global Engineering Development Center
In line with the above organizational changes, Engineering Development Division under Mobility Products Company, which oversees OEM business and Sound business, was placed under Global Engineering Development Center to strengthen and accelerate product development in line with global strategies.
